Since the return of the Taliban to power in Afghanistan, a severe restriction has been placed on women's and girls' access to education. Girls have been banned from attending secondary schools, and women have been prohibited from universities, vocational training, and even informal courses. This sweeping ban has left millions of Afghan girls and women without the right to continue their education, stripping them of their basic human rights and future opportunities. The long-term impact of these policies threatens not only individual lives but the future of an entire generation. 

We work to create sustainable change for the largest number of Afghan women and girls. Through free online courses in computer skills, English, we help women continue their education despite severe restrictions. Our programs empower them to pursue learning remotely and gain the skills needed to access international opportunities, including studying abroad. We combine education support with advocacy, working to uphold the right of every Afghan woman and girl to learn, grow, and shape her own future—even in the face of oppression.

The ongoing economic crisis means many families cannot afford internet access or digital devices. By providing laptops and internet packages, we enable our students to join online classes without disruption.
